All the parties below agree that any information, program design, or carrier/vendor information, shared amongst this group will be held in strict confidence by the receiving party. Duplication of the program is strictly prohibited. When signed by one member of an organization, this agreement shall cover all parties associated with that organization.

All information, both personal and business related, shared and received in this group is meant to build business and provide income to all parties involved.

All parties agree not to circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the other party by going to a carrier/vendor/client introduced to them through this relationship. All parties understand that if they have pre-existing relationships with any carrier/vendor/client introduced by the other party that they can continue working with that carrier without violating this agreement.

Also, all parties agree not to share any information with a third party not included in this agreement without first obtaining permission from the sharing party.

This simple agreement holds all parties to the same standard for information shared and received by any other party in the group.
